Crew were commissioned to investigate options to improve the street presence of the centre and to re-organise the internal layout to better address the connection with the public.

Externally the solution was a new ramped access which also presented itself as an opportunity to present signage, which improves the legibility of the main entrance into the building. Internally the reception desk was relocated adjacent to the entrance and was designed to 'double up' as both reception desk and cafe.
